How we've operated through the pandemic
The
COVID
Monday 16th March -
The last Seated Class and Zumba Gold class we knew them...and then LOCKDOWN HIT - ACTION NEEDED!

I began 6 Whats App Groups for my 6 classes - my new Seated Class, my 3 Zumba Gold classes and my Thursday and Friday FLexercise Classes.
I wanted to keep my participants 'connected' and 'moving'
Each day we chatted and I posted weekly choreographies for them to dance to at home (see video section for some examples).

Zoom classes soon started to see us through the months of April, May and June.
​

We could finally meet outdoors in July, dancing on an 'all weather' local netball court.
We continued to meet outdoors in September, even holding our Macmillan/CRY coffee morning on the netball court.
​
Thankfully the weather was kind to us and we. managed to raise some good money for these two wonderful charities.

October, November and December 2020 we were back inside but I operated back-to-back classes to accommodate the smaller numbers permitted, adhering to the social distancing guidelines.
​
Then lockdown 3 struck! Back to Zoom.
​
May 10th 2021saw us back to the Trident Club netball court in Galmington.
​

​
We were a maximum of 30 folks exercising together in the Great Outdoors.
​
We were there Mondays and Tuesdays at 10am for Zumba Gold and Fridays at 10am for FLexercise.
​
​
Two classes were operating inside from 17th May:-
​
1. FLexercise Seated Class met at St George's, Wilton TA1 3JT on Thursdays at 11am.
2. Zumba Gold at St Andrew's, Rowbarton on Wednesdays at 2pm.
From 6th September 2021all classes were back to our halls :
